Ward has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry throughout British Columbia and Western Canada. He establishes and manages the overall vision and objectives of the company and is active in every aspect of all Ledingham McAllister residential communities and commercial properties.

Ward is a past president of both UDI Canada and UDI Pacific Region and has served on the UDI Board of Directors for the past 18 years (and counting!). A recipient of many awards and mentions for his contribution to the industry and community, Ward is considered a chief spokesman for housing and real estate development matters with all levels of government in Canada.
