The University of British Columbia's Okanagan campus has become a significant force in our region today and is quickly establishing its place on the global stage. In this presentation, Dr. Wes Pue, Provost of UBC's Okanagan campus, will articulate UBC's vision for the campus and the many ways in which the relationship between the University and the community development industry can grow and be strengthened for mutual benefit.

Dr. Pue believes those who research and teach need to be directly connected to those who plan and build our communities in the Okanagan -- these connections are fundamental to making the Okanagan one of the healthiest, most prosperous and most sustainable regions in North America.
