The Urban Development Institute Pacific Region is a non-profit association (with international affiliations) that serves as the voice of the real estate development industry within British Columbia, fostering the effective exchange of information pertinent to the industry. UDI Pacific represents a diverse wealth of expertise in all aspects of development, including developers, property managers, financial lenders, lawyers, engineers, planners, environmental consultants, architects, appraisers, real estate professionals, local governments and government agencies.
