Please note that the Financial Institutions Commission (FICOM), including the Superintendent of Real Estate, will be moving its offices to 555 West Hastings Street in Vancouver effective Monday, February 13, 2012.
During the relocation, FICOM website services (www.fic.gov.bc.ca) and telephone access will be interrupted, and the Superintendent of Real Estate’s office will not receive any filings or submissions, from 4:00pm on Thursday February 9 to 8:30am Monday February 13. Please note that any filings or submissions to the Superintendent of Real Estate must still be made by any statutory or other due dates.
In addition, telephone contact numbers for FICOM will change. The number for our main line is set out below, and we will advise you of additional contact numbers following our move.
Staff will still be accessible by e-mail during the relocation period and there will be no change in staff e-mail addresses. You may continue to send any real estate enquires to RealEstate@ficombc.ca or to other staff e-mail addresses.
