Great Northern Way Campus Trust (GNW) is initiating a call for expressions of interest from developers for an office development opportunity adjacent to the Centre forDigital Media. The below image describes the location.
We would like to identify parties interested in acquiring a freehold interest in a fully serviced and zoned development site with the intention of expediting development of an office building targeting digital media industry firms.
The project has strong support from the City and does not require a rezoning.
